These Website Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of unitedlegacyus.com, including any page, form, event registration page, feature, content, or online service that links to these Terms collectively, the “Website.”

The Website is operated by United Legacy LLC (“United Legacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Website.

1. Informational Purpose

The Website is primarily provided for general company, branding, educational, event, and informational purposes.

Website content may include general information regarding United Legacy, its business, personnel, events, programs, resources, services, or offerings.

Content is provided as of the date it is published and may be changed, updated, corrected, or removed without notice.

2. No Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Financial Advice

Nothing on the Website constitutes or should be interpreted as:

  • Investment advice

  • Tax advice
  • Accounting advice
  • A personalized recommendation
  • A recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any security or investment
  • A representation that any investment, strategy, transaction, product, service, or opportunity is suitable for any person

Website content is general in nature and does not take into account your individual financial condition, objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation, legal circumstances, or other needs.

You should consult appropriately qualified legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial professionals before making a decision based on information discussed through the Website or at a United Legacy event.

United Legacy does not undertake to determine whether any information, strategy, event topic, security, service, or opportunity is appropriate for you.

Unless expressly stated in authorized offering materials, nothing on the Website constitutes:

  • An offer to sell a security
  • A solicitation of an offer to purchase a security
  • An offer to enter into an investment transaction
  • A recommendation or endorsement of an investment
  • A guarantee that any person will be eligible to participate in an offering

Any offer or solicitation relating to a security may be made only through applicable definitive offering documents and only to persons who satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, and eligibility requirements.

Website summaries, event descriptions, presentations, advertisements, educational materials, and marketing content are not substitutes for reviewing applicable offering documents in their entirety.

If Website content conflicts with definitive legal, subscription, or offering documents, the definitive documents control.

4. Investment Risks and Forward-Looking Information

Investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The Website may contain statements concerning expectations, projections, estimates, plans, objectives, anticipated performance, market conditions, or future events.

These forward-looking statements involve assumptions, risks, and uncertainties. Actual events or results may differ materially from those expressed or anticipated.

United Legacy does not undertake an obligation to update forward-looking statements except where required by applicable law.

6. Contact Forms and Submitted Information

You may use the Website to submit an inquiry, request information, register for an event, complete a survey, or otherwise communicate with United Legacy.

You agree that information you submit will be accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

  • Disruptive
  • Threatening
  • Harassing
  • Unsafe

9. Photography and Recording

Photography, audio recording, or video recording may occur at certain United Legacy events.

Where required, United Legacy will provide an event-specific notice or request appropriate consent.

Any photography, recording, appearance release, testimonial authorization, or media consent will be governed by the specific notice or agreement presented for that event.

The collection and use of personal information are also governed by the United Legacy Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content—including its text, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, videos, presentations, designs, software, documents, downloads, and the selection and arrangement of these materials—are owned by or licensed to United Legacy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, United Legacy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Website for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.
